Revisit grid details css

There is some css commented out for basing details height on known values from bootstrap. This was not possible to use currently due to our allowance of details footer and details header components being able to include anything. Once contextual components are introduced, we need to go back and look at introducing this css. Right now there is some JS doing this work load to set height.
