Support translations

Placeholder text provided by this add on and any text strings (such at those one navigation icons) should have English default but if a translation service is registered with the add on then any matching key values are used instead. https://github.com/softlayer/sl-ember-translate will be marketed as the companion translate service to use but anyone/thing can be used as long as the exposed API interface is adhered to.
