V2PA: Investigate heat sink options for enclosure.

As briefly discussed here , Heatsink USA has a 4.23" wide heatsink that could be used in place of the end plate for the proposed v2.0 enclosure (the enclosure is approx. 4.27" wide). The holes for the fixing screws should end up nicely in the space between the fins.
