Transfer dc settings made in setup over to the draw loop.

Before size is called, we have a dummy bitmap-dc so stroke, fill etc works. When the start is called by the gui, a new bitmap with the correct size is allocated, and the old settings needs to be transfered.

Some settings have been transfered, but a more systematic approach is need to make sure all relevant settings have been transfered.
