Python 3.11 Support

Hi, I wanted to know if there would be a python 3.11 release as conda now comes with python 3.11 as default, Could you please suggest alternatives if this package is no longer being maintained

Bioconda still remains on python 3.10. We will update the hh-suite package once bioconda moves to a newer python version.

Please always create new conda environments and try to avoid sharing conda environments for different purposes. It will automatically install the correct python and HH-suite version in this case.
