hhsuite fails in generating ffdata/ffindex files for AF2-templates usage

Expected Behavior

templates_101/ffdata and ffindex present

Current Behavior

templates_101/ffdata is empty while ffindex is missing

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

I tried both colabfold_batch and colabfold with scripts that were working time ago

HH-suite Output (for bugs)

hhsearch failed

Context

Not sure if something changed in the API recently.
