update clusters from another database with new FASTA file

I would like to use MMseqs2 to add new data in a FASTA file to a set of clusters from another database. These clusters are made with an entirely different algorithm (graph based MCL clustering), and are much more inclusive than MMseqs2 clustering of the same data with sensitive settings (fewer larger clusters).

Is there a way to convert external clusters in a TSV or FASTA format into an MMseqs2 cluster format?
