Feature request: Bind the "Now" button to the site's timezone setting

Hi, Just wanted to request a feature for future versions - when a user who is in a different timezone than the set site timezone clicks the "Now" button, it fills in the field with their local time. I can see this being helpful, but it would also be helpful if we had an option to bind that button to the site's timezone setting. Maybe a "local time" or "server/site time" selection in the field's edit area.
