SSE Enabled, bucket creation does not honor SSE

Issue/Feature Description: This issue was raised on the Dashboard repository sodafoundation/dashboard #292 This issue could not be reproduced on the dashboard and after testing and checking the response there was some issue with the response from backend. (This issue may have been fixed.) Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): SSE is enabled on bucket but bucket is not showing the SSE enabled flag. How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

Other Notes / Environment Information: (Please give the env information, log link or any useful information for this issue) This issue was raised on dashboard but was not an issue on the dashboard code. Raising this here for tracking. Closing the issue from dashboard. The issue in the backend was wrt the update of the SSE flag in the response. Unfortunately I do not have screenshots of the same.
