After volume Service is created , its not listing

What happened:

1. Create Volume Provison Service
2. One success popup message comes and goes
3. Created Service is not listing in the Table
4. No Records found is shown
5. In Browser console, we can see empty response
6. After refresh, it shows the created service What you expected to happen:
7. After successful creation of service, it should be displayed in the service list
