delfin installation with dashboard fails in CentOS

Issue/Feature Description: dashboard is not coming up installation dashboard in centOS has a problem only blue background in the dashboard is coming up Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): blocker for virtual box CentOS for successful installation in dashboard in CentOS How to reproduce, in case of a bug: delfin with dashboard installation in centos Other Notes / Environment Information: (Please give the env information, log link or any useful information for this issue) HOST OS- CentOS version
