Installer should have one location to configure all IP addresses and Ports and reuse the variables across all modules and services.

The dashboard installer requires some IP and port combinations to prepare the endpoint URLs. Similarly while installing multicloud and other modules there are URLs for identity service and other endpoints that are common across the SODA Installer. All such endpoints can be prepared by maintaining all the IP addresses and Ports in a common config location and reuse them across the installer.
