Delfin needs python3.6 specific version affecting existing versions

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): Delfin needs python3.6 version, it affects existing python versions. If python doesn't install properly with broken packages then there will be OS corruption.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug: Install delfin project using ansible script.
