SODA Installation check with Release Binary

Issue/Feature Description: Before releasing the binary, it should be properly verified Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): Follow the steps given in release notes to validate the installation with release binary. It should be done on a fresh VM with no pre-installed software which SODA requires. It should be a fresh/vanilla setup How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
