Rename OpenSDS to SODA

Issue/Feature Description: As there are a lot of legacy codes, there will be some reference to "opensds". need to rename them to SODA

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): As we moved from opensds->soda, the binaries generated, folder names etc should also be changed to SODA.

Hello @kumarashit. I wanted to contribute to this issue. As a beginner to open source, this all looks a little difficult, and I haven't been able to find a beginner-friendly issue until now! (as it looks). So, could you please assist me and guide me through what we have to do in this one?

@MahendraDewangan what i would suggest is to fork the repo and rename all the strings. Try to build it. If all is fine, you are halfway through. Then follow the testing. You can find some quick build and documentation in the rep as well as docs.sodafoundation.io
