Update the "Need Help?" user guide
Issue/Feature Description:
In the Faroe release we have added an User Guide that helps first time users to understand the various sections of the application and the functionality provided at each of the links.
This user guide can be accessed by clicking on the "Need Help?" button in the top menu.
This User Guide has some information but there are some blank sections.
These blank sections have to be filled with the relevant information.
The list of sections is below.
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases): First time users will find it easier to understand how to use the application if a basic user guide is provided.
How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
- Login to the application.
- Click on the "Need Help?" button on the top menu.
- Navigate the tabs, there are some empty tabs.

- [ ] Infrastructure
- [ ] AK/SK
- [ ] Storage Service Plans (SSP)
