Improvement for error message "Counting invalid without valid specification does not make sense"

It would be great if there was a reference to which check or line number this refers to, with larger agreements its tricky to find.

#1752 will print: Counting invalid without valid specification does not make sense. ("invalid_count(cst_size) < 4" @ line=20,col=5 in sodacl_postgres/checks.yml)
