Hover-over information rounds down to zero for "Crime Incident Rate per 100,000 People"
When I look at the Public Safety stats for my hometown (Virginia Beach, VA https://www.opendatanetwork.com/entity/1600000US5182000/Virginia_Beach_VA/crime.fbi_ucr.count?crime_type=Aggravated%20assault&year=2014 ), in the "Crime Incident Rate per 100,000 People" graph, the figures are going to be very low (the highest looks to be somewhere around 0.02) due to the nature of the graph.
However, when you hover over any of the graphs, it rounds the number down to Zero on the display, rather than showing something like 0.02.
