Take in Some DataSets from https://ood.pif.gov/ (Federal tab)
Can we accelerate a couple from here? Malinda, once you've gotten a chance to take a look, please drop comments in here on the top candidates. The Jobs Proximity and Smart Locations look interesting.
Motivations Below:
Call went very well today. I presented ODN / Metro as an extensible platform for any national datasets. We normalize the data and provide some analytical tools on top, all API enabled with rich documentation. It was pretty compelling to the WH.
As a next step it would be great to incorporate at least a couple of the datasets from https://ood.pif.gov/ to demonstrate extensibility. Is that possible in the next 2 weeks?
With that, we should be able to become a "finalist" to present at the White House in March. I will also talk with Melero about a possible direct sale opportunity with WH.

Jobs Proximity Index, Environmental Health Hazard Index, and similar from HUD look relatively straight forward. Since those indexes are by census tract, would those need to be rolled up to zip code or some other identifier that's easy to incorporate?
