Create a breadcrumb nav item so users can see where they are in the site

For example when in this page: https://dev.socrata.com/docs/formats/#, it would be great to know that i was in the "Data Formats" page on the site. I didn't realize that a) I was on the Data Formats page because the titles are different and b) that the Data Formats text in the side menu was a link and not just text

For the example given, I would alternatively suggest that "Data Formats" in the side menu not be a hyperlink and add "Output Formats" as a topic under it (above "JSON"). I'd do something similar with the "Datatypes" header to make nav less confusing.
