Ability to retrieve the configuration settings in DS "memory" from the command line

Obviously, not the actual password. Just what one can already see through the GUI (if there is one, which is not always the case).

Maybe export it in config.json format so that this can serve a dual purpose and make it easy to replicate the settings on another machine?
