Port job for GIS datasets

Especially with the upcoming job type to update GIS datasets, a GIS port job would be a nice, complementary feature. Versioning of GIS datasets is a challenge and these two job types, especially if they work well headlessly, could be parts of a helpful workflow. Honestly, I have not thought through that workflow in detail yet but am happy to think about it harder if that is helpful in some way.
