nanoe function is not working
The function nanoe of the Panasonic A/Cs is not working. From my remote controller it works. Panasonic Comfort Cloud Version 1.1.2 installed Function is available on Dashboard. If i click on details Homeassistant tells me, that Entity is not available.
@BeckerDbgen can you provide some logs, does it work if you use the toggle button under "Devices & services"?
Despite what it says, my AC does support Nanoe and ECONAVI but, since the latest update to this integration, no longer does so.

@codyc1515 hmm, what HVAC model do you have... the API reports "nanoe": false but you also have deviceType 1.
My deviceType is 3 and I know deviceType 2 is Aquarea A2W
CS-E15PKR
@codyc1515 that device seems to have something called nanoe-g, how does it look in the CFC app? Does it say Nanoe-G or Nanoe-X where you activate it?
It's definitely nanoe-G - https://www.panasonic.com/nz/support/product-archives/product-archives-consumer/air-conditioning-heat-pumps/air-conditioners-learn/features-explanation/unique-air-purifying-system--nanoe-g.html
Hmm, that's completely different from how it works with the nanoe-x...
Yes, I know. The toggle in the app seemingly actually doesn't do anything. On my remote I have Nanoe and in the past sending the Nanoe value via the API also worked but with a recent change in this integration now does not.
Well, I added a feature check so the nanoe switch only get set to available if the devices report the feature as available... Guess I could use the devicetype and allow device type 1 to enable it as well.. Edit: did a check on Panaonics page and only 8 out of 80 devices of their classic series had Nanoe-G, so I'll add a config setting for it
v1.1.9 has a config option to force enable the Nanoe switch
This looks like it is posting nanoe: 2 (for on) but should be posting nanoe: 1. 0 is off, from memory. So, it is not working.

@BeckerDbgen can you provide some logs, does it work if you use the toggle button under "Devices & services"?
I have the following modules: Outdoor unit CU-2Z41TBE Indoor units: CS-TZ20TKEW and CS-TZ25TKEW The nano function works via remote control. In the comfort cloud app i have configured for both indoor units the nanoe as active. But no button is visible in the app.
Does the api nanoe value change if you activate nanoe using the remote? 0 is unavailable 1 is off 3 is unknown, haven't seen any ref to it in CFC 2 or 4 is on (depending on what mode)
THe cloud app looks with my device like the pictures send from codyc1515. The switch in Homeassistand has now a function. But the command is not transmitted to the devices. Yesterday I have contacted the Pansonic - Panasonic Pro Club and wrote them this problem. I also get today a first response from them:
Sehr geehrter Herr XXXXX,

It seems that the problem is the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app. For my devices, the nanoe function can apparently only be controlled via the remote control. Neither the Panasonic Comfort Cloud nor the Home Assistant seem to work.
It does work if you send 0 and 1, from memory. It was working till recently.
Here you get more information from the debug mode. home-assistant_panasonic_cc_2024-08-12T09-34-42.850Z.log
@BeckerDbgen your devices are reporting nanoe feature as True, but deviceNanoe as 0.
If possible, could I get a [custom_components.panasonic_cc.pcomfortcloud.panasonicsession] GET url: https://accsmart.panasonic.com/deviceStatus/... log entry where Nanoe is off and one where it has been enabled by the remote.
@codyc1515 The nanoe constants hasn't changed in over 4 years... it's possible the recent changes in the Panasonic API broke it.
I did some testing, it seems that they changed some things... the nanoe feature flag is now controllable from the device settings in CFC and the deviceNanoe value indicates if the device supports nanoe... for the api to enable nanoe deviceNanoe needs to be something other than 0 and nanoe needs to be True and you need to send parameters.nanoe as 2... there are also a lot of timer settings for nanoe now...
