Window has width and height 0 on some Linux WMs

Linux launches with a super tiny window with the default values in the ini file, but I changed that to 400x400 and the window showed up fine.

can reproduce on Ubuntu. There're also (beautiful) glitches on window resize

@heapwolf do you have a similar error after ssc build -r -o?

WaylandCompositor requires eglBindWaylandDisplayWL, eglUnbindWaylandDisplayWL and eglQueryWaylandBuffer.
Nested Wayland compositor could not initialize EGL

This is still an issue with some Linux window managers.
