Update examples and getting-started guide

I'm getting myself familiar with async gems and feeling like it lacks documentation. I would love to work on this part. Do you have any thoughts on this? Do you mind if I add examples and details right into README.md in the root?

Yep, that's a good starting point, however, I'll eventually add proper documentation using utopia-project tool.
