desperately seeking help

Hello all, it has taken me a month to get socioboard 4 installed and then a day to work out the user registration work around and now its saying the following:

Exception 210 => Function Name => => code =>0 => message => cURL error 7: Failed to connect to localhost port 3000: Connection refused (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for http://localhost:3000/v1/login

I can see the microservices are working and I can't find any prior issue / resolution dealing with this...any help or suggestions?
