Cannot get OTP number

Any number entered in OTP field is invalid.

Entering any random digits into PTP file returns: Undefined

So, no way to create a user account.

Have you added your Twilio creds? and have you got OTP?

I was following this tutorial:

It said nothing about twilio having to be set up. I don't even need it, yet I get this OTP field where must put my phone number..
