Cannot disconnect/logout

During debugging I've noticed that I always get an AUTH_RESTART message when I re-run the application if I authenticated on the last run.

There is no way to actively disconnect/logout from the telegram-api meaning its always suprised to see me reconnect!

Can we have a disconnect method ?
