Is the JSON (in lieu of dictionaries) for communicating via APIs?

It seems like YAML handles this situation and is the format we're heading towards for input files. Is that an option?

Hi -- Much of the `psize.py` functionality has been integrated into [pdb2pqr](https://github.com/Electrostatics/pdb2pqr); we are planning to deprecate the `psize.py` tool provided with APBS. Have you tried PDB2PQR? Thanks, Nathan

Not surprisingly, this happens for both the CentOS and Ubuntu Docker builds.

This appears to be a temporary issue; it is now working.
