get git-secret versions updated on current modern distributions

as of Jan 2022, git-secret is at older versions (not the current 0.4.0) in some distributions, including:

• debian 12/unstable
• EPEL 8 (0.3.3)
• FreeBSD Ports
• Ubuntu 22.04 (which probably gets the version from debian)

It would be good to get these packages (and others on the link above) updated to the last released version of git-secret

Is there a good web tool where we can search what version of git-secret is bundled in various distros/packaging systems? (Ideally it would cover RH, debian, Ubuntu, arch, alpine, brew, etc)
