It would work great, but it has to be a TiddlyWiki filter and I don't think there is a hash filter operator.

One way to handle this might be to simply allow temporarily disabling deletion of items that are now missing.

If TiddlyHost can (or can be made to) accept HTTP basic auth with a direct link to a wiki, you should be able to use the URL type in TiddlyRemember...
