Add the ability to process messages in groups from other bots

If you add another bot's name to the settings, and then that bot posts to the channel that both bots are added to, messages from the side bot are still ignored.

In case of messages from a person, it confirms processing or denies, and such messages are simply ignored.

I need this to add an audio recognition bot (tried to make an example of https://t.me/smartspeech_sber_bot) or a translation bot.

Unfortunately, bots can't read other bots. However, this can be accomplished through a user connection. I will make it happen. I don't know when, but I will.

I am also working on this feature, but it is a complicated task: they plan to make a separate server with a user-bot on it. it will be able to forward messages from one bot to another according to a certain logic.
