I just want to confirm if 3.67 is supported on FinalHE 1.92, since I bought a PS Vita with that firmware version, or do I need to update to higher firmware in order to jailbreak it?

You don't need to update anything. The exploit works the same way on firmwares 3.65 to 3.73.
