Create a support library compatible bottomsheet listview

Support library provides a good container to implement bottomsheet design pattern, but it's not an out-of-box solution for the user case this library try to help. The idea of this change is extracting the view part of this library and allowing developer to put to persistent bottomsheet or bottomsheet dialog.
