Arc correction for 400M1 and 600B modes

These observing modes contain arcs caused by light scattering inside GOODMAN. Flat images with and without gratings are obtained in order to correct this and get a normalized flat without this feature. This is not considered in the software by now and it is a must since the 400M1 mode is frequently used.
