Optimal Extraction

This was one of the requirements that we got from @cbaorion.

This issue has been proved to be more challenging than expected. At the moment, @simontorres and I have been studying Marsh 1989 but it may be more complicated than what we need since GOODMAN data does not have very high distortions and the dispersion axis is not very tilted as well.

We have been looking from code already implemented in Python for Optical Extraction and I could find only one possible candidate to be used: POSX.
