Comparison with oher Python-based Spec pipelines

I think PyDIS (https://github.com/jradavenport/pydis) is the closest I have seen to our Goodman spectroscopic pipeline. I suggest we look closer at that project. Maybe we can even try it out and run it head-to-head with our pipeline on a given dataset
