Is this a useful framework for handling function arguments outside of building shell interfaces?

What other use-cases could these list-structures really be used for?? I doubt it's very good practice in too many places, but maybe there's something I haven't thought of.

List structures, not so much, but some of the path handler utilities and validators could be broadly useful for packages that handle auth keys, etc.
