Is there any ETA when this PR will be merged?

Would be really good to get this PR merged as Java 21 is already the LTS for a while now. We are currently blocked upgrading to 21 due to Snyk missing this support for the action.

Same for us, we can't upgrade to Java 21. For Java LTS releases I would expect a fast release after JDK goes GA, taking into consideration that it is available 1-2 months before GA.
