E: Unable to locate package paper-gtk-theme in ubuntu 18.04 default genome version

Thank you for filing a bug against the Paper theme, however please try and provide the following information while doing so:

• the GNOME/GTK version that is on your system
• which Linux distribution you are running
• the version of Paper you are using

Most importantly: please attach a screenshot of your issue, a visual bug needs to be seen

I have the same problem. Ubuntu 18.04 with no change on gnome/gtk version. I tried to install using instruction from snwh.org, but when I typed sudo apt install paper-gtk-theme it said E: Unable to locate package paper-gtk-theme.

can use icon and cursor theme though.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:snwh/pulp
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install paper-icon-theme
sudo apt-get install paper-cursor-theme
