PPA is not available for Ubuntu 17.10 (Artful Aardvark)

I know that is still in alpha, still its not hard to support.

Please update the PPA for Artful. Thanks.

I would love to see this theme hit Artful!

It's not a fix, but in the mean time, changing "artful" to "zesty" in snwh-ubuntu-pulp-artful.list is a stop gap. The theme appears to work well enough other than notifications being too light (light gray text on a white background).
