Applications and Plank not themed flat / paper

the GNOME/GTK version that is on your system - 3.18 I think which Linux distribution you are running - Elementary OS - Loki the version of Paper you are using Version - 2.1 I think -- whatever was current on Sep14th

theme problems

Neither the Plank (matte) nor the Applications menu look like they're part of the theme. The applications menu in particular has non-flat buttons.

for Plank, paperterial is actually a great option.
