Wrong rendering in pavucontrol

In pavucontrol there are both sliders for volume and indicators for sound intensity. The handle of the sliders is rendered as just a white box without any framing. The sound intensity indicators look pretty o.k. but their bars are misaligned to the bottom-left.

Notet that the sliders are also corrupt in the same way in other gtk3 applications.
