Fix: python script for rendering bitmaps now works with new Inkscape (>1.0)

After Inkscape 1.0 was released, the rendering script for the icons got broken. A similar script is used by Adwaita developers, and this is how they fixed it:

Fullcolor: fix rendering script for inkscape 1.0

I suggest a similar fix so render-bitmaps.py works with up-to-date Inkscape.
