@HowardMei Modern Email service providers will reject or put into spam folder for emails with crazy timestamps. USTC mail just didn't do it at the time of the implementation.

@vonfzm I don't even know if it is still working. If not a pull request is welcomed. I don't think there is any network restriction as long as you are using a public USTC SMTP server.
