Seems to only happen to artists who are in the VEVO group or in major production company

bump. docker container has the same problem
I’m not sure if this will work, but it’s worth a shot. If you go into settings, try changing “Stream” from HTTP to HLS. It might be a region/georestriction issue since the song seems to work fine for me

Seems to be the same issue.
I use tor and changed routes multiple times same issue on clearweb
$ curl https://yt-hls-rewriter.onrender.com/
TypeError: error sending request for url (https://null/): error trying to connect: dns error: failed to lookup address information: Name or service not known
FWIW there seems to be an issue on the Audio Proxy Server -- https://yt-hls-rewriter.onrender.com/
same error Any clew ?

None i am aware of
Though the mentioned video in https://github.com/snuffyDev/Beatbump/issues/102#issuecomment-1251320819 works on my end now :thinking:
EDIT: Wrong video, the 3rd party works, the official video doesn't
I’ve been working on this for a bit. Turns out the IP for the proxy server was restricted by Google, however, it should be working now (works for me, HLS and HTTP). I’m still actively working on this though, my apologies for lack of communication
Noted, thanks for working on this <3 Though doesn't work on my end it seems to throw err 403 when requested which probably gets blocked by google. The weird thing is that other videos who are seemingly not in VEVO or have some evident partnership with youtube work without an issue.
Do you have “Proxy Audio” enabled?
