Minimum Enclosing Area Rectangle

Crafty's MBR works fine, but it's axis-aligned rectangle, which is not always minimum for polygons.

Need to calculate a better rectangle that does not only support (convex) polygon but also enclose multiple fixtures to a single rectangle.
