SwitchPlateFR4 not really a switchplate?

I would like a switchplate for my Klein made from FR4, but it seems like the KiCAD files in the Klein/Case/Prototype/SwitchPlateFR4 directory are the same design as the main Klein PCB (see attached screenshots). Am I missing something?

This keyboard looks great, and I'm excited to start using it.
