Update LeanTween version

There's a newer version in the repo here, https://github.com/dentedpixel/LeanTween

Related work appears to have stopped on LeanTween. It may be a good idea to either look for an alternate, an active fork, or start maintaining our own fork.

After tinkering long enough with LeanTween at the end of the day it's just a tweening tool and it serves it's purpose for narrative game. Once you want something beyond that such as 2D effects(not particle system, just 2D), color blend modes, currently these are not available in Fungus and requires external libraries/tools
