Added TMP Tags to GetTagHelp

Description

Since Fungus supports Text Mesh Pro's tags now it would be useful to have those tags at the ready for reference so I added them to the Tag Help help box in the Say command.

What is the current behavior?

Currently only the tag has an entry in the Tag Help help box.

What is the new behavior?

I've added the rest of the rich text tags to the Tag Help help box.
